We are no big organization or anything like that at all. Just two people, my husband and I, who love animals. We got married and moved to Washington state 5 years ago from the San Francisco bay area after my injuries. We have been rescuing for close to 28 years - dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, and any animal that needs help due to neglect, abuse, injury or illness.
We have feeding "stations" around the area. We use the HavaHeart traps to catch feral ones and get them spayed or neutered. We bring them to our home and start the process of getting them used to people again and building trust. When they are ready, we find GOOD homes for them so they can live the rest of their lives with people who truly love them and always be there to keep them safe, happy, and comfortable.
Due to certain disabilities, I can't work outside of my home any longer. Glenn drives me around to do all this. He's also great with animals. Our expenses are high but we refuse not to help these animals. As long as we are still alive, no one will go hungry or suffer on our "shift".
Every single contribution we get goes directly to them. There is no overhead. I use all my earnings from PTR programs and online surveys for them.
